In creating a new product, it’s vital to understand how people will use it. Then, using the best practices in the design process, you keep the focus on the user and create a product that meets users’ expectations. The basic principle of the user-centred design is collecting and incorporating formations from the users and their needs into the design, eliminating the pain points and making the product flowless, enjoyable and desirable.
In creating digital products, I closely consider user requirements, objectives and feedback. My priority is to meet the user’s needs and wants, and I make each decision in the context of what drives value and interest to the user.
